All too often, when the heat is on, it can be easy to second-guess one’s commitment to taking risks, envisioning a more perfect world, and living in harmony with our deepest values. Under pressure, one can retreat and take on a defensive posture. Ironically, it is precisely in times of insecurity and crisis that one must hold fast to our values and actualize our spiritual potential in order to transform our world. Through these teachings on the heart sutra, attendees will gain insight to overcome this obstacle
